In keeping with our theme of Moving Forward, we are nearing completion of Phase 5, with construction focus now shifting towards the new bespoke design opportunities in Phase 6. While the final homes in Phase 5 take shape, the first homes in Phase 6B are now under construction, reflecting the continued demand for bespoke living within Bateleur.
FROM THE GROUND UP AT BOULDERS ESTATE
In keeping with our theme of Moving Forward, Phase 3 at Boulders is quickly filling up, with only a handful of units still available. At the same time, installation of services has commenced in Phase 4, laying the foundation for the next phase of the development.
