Our story
In 1989, Jakkie van Heerden Snr laid the foundation for our journey, establishing a modest consulting engineering firm in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. Fuelled by a passion for property, Jakkie Snr and his wife, Annemarie, embarked on their first project with the development of a single residential unit aptly named “Die Pophuis”.
Property development soon took center stage and became the main business activity increasing the range of developments from modest clusters to expansive lifestyle developments and commercial buildings.
Jakkie van Heerden Snr’s venture into the business world was marked not only by his entrepreneurial spirit but also by a deep-seated commitment to family values and the broader community.
